  Whether it's an organisation, office, department, fleet or ship I can assess the wellness of each, report to and work with stakeholders to improve the mental wellbeing of the team and conduct post-counselling temperature checks to gauge movements or suggest further follow up.

Research Projects: Are you interested in conducting a research project related to maritime mental health? I can complete a customer funded research project by tailoring the research methodology and analysis to suit the question you want answered. 

My interests are in assessing how rapid changes in society will 

affect life at sea and expectations onshore.

Speaking at Conferences: Do you need a keynote speaker at your next crew or management conference to address a weakness or paint a picture for the future?  I’m available pending a mutually agreed logistical plan and 2 weeks lead time to put together content for the event.
